Invest in the Future of Housing

Building Carbon-Negative Homes and a Regenerative Future

🏠 The Vision

What if ending homelessness also healed the planet?

At Hemp Engineering, we believe housing should not harm the Earth — it should restore it.

Using industrial hemp, timber, and solar power, we build carbon-negative micro homes that are affordable, fire-resistant, breathable, and energy self-sufficient.

Each home sequesters carbon, creates local jobs, and restores dignity — proving that sustainability can solve both environmental and social challenges at once.

🧱 ABOUT THE PROJECT

💰 INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

🌱 Phase 1 – $5M Seed Capital (2025–2026)

Goal: Build 100 Hemp Homes and establish the first Hemp Engineering Workshop in Western Australia.

Purpose of Funds:

Commission a 500 m² fabrication and training facility

Purchase and install equipment (mixers, moulds, decorticators)

Build and deliver 100 fully off-grid hemp homes

Train local trades in hemp construction and solar integration

Impact:

150 individuals housed in the first year

25+ skilled jobs created locally

360 t CO₂ captured through hempcrete walls

This phase proves the model — small, fast, replicable.

🌍 Phase 2 – $50M Scale-Up Capital (2026–2032)

Goal: Expand into a vertically integrated hemp ecosystem capable of producing 20,000 hemp homes within seven years.

Purpose of Funds:

Scale hemp farming to 10,000 ha across Australia

Commission processing hubs (decortication & biomass refining)

Manufacture HempCore ™ biocomposites, panels, and hemp batteries

Deploy modular hemp housing for national and export markets

Phase 2 builds the supply chain — farming, manufacturing, and exporting circular construction systems.

⚙️ THE HEMP SUPPLY CHAIN

From Soil to Structure, every stage of our model is regenerative:

Farming: Industrial hemp grown for hurd and fibre — absorbing CO₂.

Processing: Decorticators and refineries separating fibre and hurd.

Manufacturing: Hempcrete blocks, HempCore panels, and hemp batteries.

Construction: Prefabricated modular homes for local and export markets.

Education & Jobs: Hemp Engineering Academy trains the workforce.

Each link reduces emissions, revitalises rural economies, and adds value to every hectare planted.
