Founded by Ramon Granados, a civil engineer with over 40 years of international EPCM experience, Hemp Engineering merges traditional engineering precision with regenerative materials, renewable energy, and circular economy systems.

Ramon Granados — Founder & CEO

Ramon has spent four decades in global mega-projects — from mining and oil & gas to infrastructure and manufacturing. Today, his mission is to channel that expertise into hemp-based technologies that restore ecosystems, empower communities, and create circular economies.

He also serves as Ambassador of the Latin American Industrial Hemp Association (AustralAsia) and has represented the hemp sector in Australian Senate submissions and international forums.
